Unfortunately, at Veiya, we do not offer refunds, however we can assist with exchanges as outlined below:

Items must be returned in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.
